  Dr. Leslie went on to further develop his education in multiple fields that were lead by God to support the calling that God has for him. Dr. Leslie is a certified audio engineer, website designer, and life coach. Dr. Leslie is an Ordained Minister and received his Doctorate Degree in Theology at Grace Hill Bible University. 

 

  Dr. Leslie is an experienced marketing and developing coach for small businesses. He is a consultant, program  developer, spiritual individual and marriage counselor, and motivational speaker. Dr. Leslie has been a counselor for over 10 years. He is a program developer for mental health and performing arts. He had ministered throughout the east coast preaching and teaching the Word of God.

  In 2017, Dr. Leslie started building Chardevelop LLC. Chardevelop, being short for character development, was created to help the renewal of the mind process (Romans 12:2) to see and walk into greater things in someone’s life. Dr. Leslie focuses on teaching of the Word, vocal training, personal training, counseling, life coaching, and job development for adults through entrepreneurship training and financial training. Dr. Leslie recognizes that our youth are experiencing suicide and esteem crises at its highest levels. Dr. Leslie has developed mental health programs to be enjoyable to youth while distributing their energy from low to high in individual and group activities. These programs consist of  performing arts, counseling, life coaching, and education. 

 

  Driven by planting seeds of righteousness (1 Timothy 6:17-19), Dr. Leslie goals are to help others see themselves the way God sees them, and to develop the strength and courage to live out their purpose. Dr. Leslie views himself as an usable vessel for you to encounter and experience God. An interaction with Dr. Leslie is for all to know that he is powerless, and whatever enlightenment one receives comes only from God.
